At The Marine Boutique Accommodation, we offer a modern, flexible room-only stay with virtual key access, giving you the freedom to arrive and access your room directly from your phone.

1. BOOK YOUR ROOM

Book your room directly with us or through your preferred booking platform.

All accommodation at The Marine is ROOM ONLY. Breakfast is not included in your room rate.

2. RECEIVE YOUR VIRTUAL KEY

Before your stay, you will receive a separate email from UpKey with instructions for your virtual key.

Download UpKey and activate your key on your phone before you arrive.

3. ARRIVE FROM 3 PM

Your room will be available from 3:00 PM. There is no need to collect a traditional room key.

Once your payment is complete and your virtual key is activated, you can access the accommodation independently.

4. UNLOCK WITH YOUR PHONE

When you arrive, open UpKey on your phone and make sure Bluetooth is switched on.

Your virtual key gives you access to:

✓ The main entrance to The Marine

✓ Your individual guest room

5. RELAX & ENJOY YOUR STAY

That’s it,  you’re checked in!

Settle into your room, enjoy the sea views and make the most of your time in Ballybunion.

Our Marine Café & Bakery operates separately from the accommodation and is available during café opening hours.
